Unakite is a naturally mottled stone of pink feldspar and green epidote grown together, named for the Unaka Mountains of North Carolina, where it was first found. It's associated with the heart chakra and emotional balance, and it's often thought of as a gentler, more grounded alternative to rose quartz: a way to keep your heart open while your feet stay firmly on the ground.
