1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Marissa Fontana LLC DBA Mutamento ("we," "us," or "our"), located collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit our store at mutamento.store or buy from us.

Our store is hosted on Payhip, an e-commerce platform operated by Payhip Ltd in the United Kingdom. Payhip and our payment processors handle some of your information under their own privacy policies, linked in section 3.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and order details: Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, items purchased, order history
• Payment information: Card or PayPal details. This information is entered directly with Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store full card numbers
• Messages and reviews: Emails you send us, product reviews, photos you post
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health, religious or biometric data. Please do not include it in messages or reviews.

3. How we use and share your information

We use your information to:

• process, ship and track your orders
• handle returns, refunds and store credit
• answer your questions and provide customer service
• display reviews you choose to post
• prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations
• send marketing emails, including recommendations based on what you have bought, only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store:

• Payhip: Hosts the store and processes checkout. Payhip Privacy Policy

• PayPal: Processes PayPal payments. PayPal Privacy Statement
• Shipping carriers, e.g. USPS, UPS: Deliver your order
• SendFox: Sends marketing emails, including automated emails based on your purchase history. SendFox Privacy Policy

If you subscribed to our earlier newsletter, your email address is also held by beehiiv, which sends that newsletter (beehiiv Privacy Policy). We no longer add new subscribers there.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

4. Cookies and tracking

Payhip uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session and measure store traffic. We or Payhip may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work properly without them.

5. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax and legal requirements, generally 7 years. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymize your information.

The store uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons
• stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email)

To make a request, email hello@mutamento.store. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live, such as California or the EU and UK, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

7. Children

Our store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
